Biography

With over 30 years in education, Deenaz Kanji is a Senior Instructor at Abu Dhabi University, dedicated to fostering inclusive and transformative learning. A Fellow of Advance HE (UK), she holds credentials from the University of Exeter and Harvard and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Nottingham.

Deenaz has led global youth programs like Global Encounters Camps and specializes in growth mindset, pedagogy, and diasporic identities. Her research includes a 2024 book chapter on migrant identity in the UAE.
